Is it possible to use other modeling files besides Rhino files?

Currently, only Rhino 3D files are compatible for use.

An error message is popping up while trying to upload a file. How can I solve it?

When uploading a file, geometry processing is performed after the file upload is complete. The solution will vary depending on whether the error occurred during the file upload or during the geometry processing. You can find detailed solutions in the 'Creating an Exploration' guide.


Can I try it for free?

Even before subscribing, you can experience a demo version by signing up for membership. You can refer to the instructions below to experience the demo version.

I want to use the service. What should I do?

The Deepform service is available after subscribing. You can find detailed subscription instructions in the 'Start subscription' guide.

I want to cancel my subscription. How can I do that?

You can cancel your subscription by going to Account settings > Billing > Subscriptions. Even if you cancel your subscription, you can still use the service until the end of the current subscription period, and the subscription will be cancelled on the next billing date. You can find detailed instructions on how to cancel your subscription at 'Cancel subscription'.

Is it possible to subscribe again after canceling the subscription?

You can resubscribe to the Deepform service at any time. To resubscribe, you can go to Account settings > Billing > Subscriptions. You can find detailed instructions on how to resubscribe at 'Restart subscription'.

Can I subscribe annually?

Deepform currently does not offer annual subscriptions. The service is available on a monthly subscription basis, and when you subscribe, you will be charged automatically every month.


Can I change the registered credit card information?

You can change your registered credit card information by going to Account settings > Billing > Payment details. You can find detailed instructions on how to change your payment details at 'Payment details'.

If there is an issue with the registered card information or the payment process, the subscription may be paused or canceled. It is necessary to check if there is any problem with the card or the payment information entered, and you can find detailed solutions at 'Payment failed'.

Will I still be able to get a refund?

Once the service has started, refunds are not possible. If you cancel your subscription while it is still active, the service will be provided until the end of the current billing cycle, and it will be discontinued on the next payment date.


I don't remember my login password. How can I find it?

You can reset your password through 'Reset password' on the login page. You can find detailed instructions on the process at 'Forgot password'.

Can I delete my account?

You can delete your account on the "Account page". Deleting your account will permanently remove any sessions and data associated with it. You cannot undo this action. If you have important data, we recommend downloading it before deleting your account. You can find detailed instructions on the process at 'Delete account'.
